How many foreign people living in Croatia do you know? Not many?

I also didn’t know any until I went to one job conversation. And met my current director from Denmark. I was so surprised seeing that his family is living in Croatia for two years already, managed to open their own firma, learn Croatian language and children are going to Croatian schools.

Somebody would say: real Croatian family, if they were not so blond :)

In this time of young Croatian people going in foreign countries to find better job, maybe better life too, it was really strange for us to see them here. Everything that is north from Germany, for us means better life. And with time I found out that they are not the only one.

croatia

Is it possible that they see possibilities of our country better than we do? Or they just wanted life with more sun and hills?
