The apartment was clean and comfortable. Josip was quick to respond and provided us detailed instructions for check-in. Parking was included and was right behind the building. Josip was really nice to let use the parking for a few more hours after check-out since we were leaving town a bit later. Josip had stocked the fridge with juice, milk and chocolate cookies which we really appreciated. There were also some chocolates on the table. The bathroom had an air vent unlike most of the apartments we rented in Croatia so that was great. It was also one of the few apartments with a good hairdryer. All of those little details made our stay even better. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful apartment. We stayed for 3 nights and it proved to be one of our best accommodations in our 3 week Croatian stay
From the outset, Marin was in contact with us and met us as we arranged at the apartment.
It proved to be a spacious, comfortable and well situated space where we could relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. Thank you.

The location and view from our room were amazing! The sign is small, so you need to pay attention, or you'll miss it. The entry is next to (and across from 2 more) wonderful gelato shops, which is a win for me!
On arrival, we called our host, who met us at the door and showed us to and around the apartment. It's on the 2nd floor with no elevator, not a problem for us, but may be for others. The apartment smells so clean and fresh, as do the sheets and towels. There's a small fridge stocked with a few free drinks and cookies and a candy dish for a little treat.
The TV has Infinity streaming, so it has channels from many different countries.
We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.
Walk out the gate, and you're right in the heart of Old Town! Perfect!
Parking is outside the walled Old Town, but we didn't have to look very long before finding a spot, and it's an easy walk to the apartment.

Zadar is a lovely city, but the surrounding area is even more impressive. There are beautiful national parks, stunning islands just a short boat ride away, and the seafood is truly excellent – fresh, flavorful, and widely available. It’s a fantastic place for nature lovers and food enthusiasts alike.
That said, prices are definitely on the higher side, especially in restaurants and tourist areas – something to keep in mind when planning your trip.

Zadar is a really fun destination but after 5 days, you have seen almost everything, including a day at the national park. Without a car it is easy to enjoy the city center, bars and restaurants. A lot of beaches and beautiful weather, so for a short vacation to the sun, beach and drinks it is nice.

Our 6 nights stay in Zadar was really enjoyable due to its 'laid back' ambience, friendly and knowledgeable locals, terrific restaurants (particularly Bruschetta) and bars, fine weather, spectacular sunsets and interesting history. There is also a good choice of excursions by land or sea.

Zadar's old town is lovely, the cobblestone streets are mostly flat, making for easy walking. Lots of churches, ruins, and the Organ plays incredible music. Go early to beat the crowds and see where the locals hang.

Pleasant and wonderfully looking city, highly influenced by Roman architecture. There are plenty of activities you may pick from, especially on the sea (boat tours, island tours, etc.)
Next might be a walk around the historic city of Zadar. If you have children, there are playgrounds available very close to the shore and the sea promenade.
However, be prepared for expensive food and high prices (basic pasta starts from 16€, etc., 0.7 water for 7€, etc. For a long time, we will definitely skip Croatia and Croatian city centers for this reason.

We loved here. During our trip here was our best location. We felt like at home. Our host was so welcoming, she made our stay definitely a 5 star experience. The complimentary treats when we arrived were really nice. The room was very peaceful. There were 2 balconies. Also a nice couch to relax and read books. We cannot enjoy more and we visited here one more time also on our way back. So we could play with Lea ( the doggy) and the cat. If u come to Zadar and feel like at home don’t search for another place.
Both me and my partner very highly rate Guest House Dragic! Our host made us feel right at home as soon as we got to the hotel and helped us book some really nice days out to plitvice lakes and a boat trip from zadar.
Rooms where spotless and had good facilities.
Pool area was spotless as well had a really nice relaxing vibe.
Location was good with a few bars and shops near by and only a 20-25 min walk to the old town.
Would definitely stay again at guest house Dragic!
Very good facilities like a 5 star hotel :) bed was cozy, room was warm and bright. Easy to checkin. There is a parking nearby which costs only 1 euro for 2 hours. Good location. Very nice English communication with Nena.
